- Dispatch & transitDispatch and estimated transit are separate from production. Routing, Incoterm, customs and destination affect the transport schedule.
Confirm the commercial scope before payment
The written quotation and order documents should identify the selected build, MOQ, sample terms, currency, payment milestones, Incoterm, dispatch point, inspection scope and required shipping papers.
After-sales and spare parts
Warranty coverage, exclusions, spare-part availability and technical support vary by model and manufacturing partner. Confirm the applicable terms in the quotation and sales contract before ordering.
